Appointments

Due to current clinical staff shortages, we are operating our GP appointments on a same day basis.

This will be managed via Emergency Triage which is available between 8am and 11am, Monday to Friday.

Please call 01592 620222 and select Option 1.

GP appointments will be offered, in the first instance, by telephone consultation.

You can also speak with our Triage nurse if you require a housecall, advice or an emergency prescription.  Our Triage Nurses are fully trained to assess your condition and will direct you to the most appropriate place for treatment.   All urgent conditions will be dealt with the same day and you will be offered a telephone consultation in the first instance and then invited down to the Practice by the GP if you are required to be seen face to face.

BSL Video Relay Interpreting Service

This service is available to people who are deaf, deafened or hard of hearing and will help them to access the majority of public services.

Cancellations

If you are unable to attend an appointment please telephone us to let us know so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.  Repetitive DNAs (Did Not Attend) have a huge impact on our service and many hours consulting time is lost each month due to patients not attending their appointments.
