Welcome To Our Practice

This is a four doctor practice, based at the Leslie Health Centre, covering Leslie, Glenrothes and surrounding area. Please consult map for directions. There are three part-time nurses, six part-time admin staff, an Office and a Practice Manager. There are also two community nurses and two health visitors who are attached to the practice, based in the Leslie Clinic next door to the practice.

Unable to make your Appointment

If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone us to let us know and cancel your appointment.
By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else can be given an appointment instead.

Future Public Holidays Monday 7th May 2012, closed all day

Tuesday 5th June 2012, closed all day

Please allow plenty of time in advance of these closed dates for precriptions for both the Surgery to complete them and the Pharmacy to dispense them.

OUT OF HOURS

If you have a serious or urgent problem requiring care before the surgery reopens it will be provided by NHS 24. If a visit or attendance at an out of hours centre is required this will be carried out by GPs at your nearest out of hours centre. To contact NHS 24, call the usual Practice telephone number and you will hear an answering machine essage informing you how to contact NHS 24.
